Shayne was approached by one of my family members who was tasked with kickstarting the process. From that point on, he spoke to each of us in the family at length to understand every person’s point of view and ultimately advise us on a course of action, leading eventually to an intervention. Shayne was readily available to address any questions or concerns either my family or I had. He also prepared us thoroughly for the intervention, going through and preparing for every possible scenario and option. He guided our family through every step of the intervention planning process, including how to contact the workplace of the family member and how to deal with the insurance company. He also worked with another family member to recommend care options for the period post the intervention. Shayne’s professionalism, expertise, and thorough preparation were key in guiding my family through this difficult time.
